ok my volume has been bad this week. Worked picked up a little which is always good, a friend and I ran to Tunica on a whim Tuesday and I chopped the deep stack tournament at the Horseshoe for $360. 3 handed chip leader had 60% of the chips in play. me and the 3rd place guy have less than 10BBs each and get offered an even 3 way chop giving us slightly better than 2nd place money I believe and we took it. Then went skydiving on Friday!

I was super impressed with my play on Tuesday night. I'm rusty at poker in general and haven't played an MTT in a couple years my less live poker. So it felt great to run good, play better, and my reads were spot on. I ran a 3 street semi bluff shoving the river when I missed knowing I could make the big stack calling station fold a medium pair and he did. Felt AMAZING! I have so missed playing poker. Today going to watch the live WSOP broadcast and hopefully I can get some games in tomorrow!

Don't call it a comeback!

OK maybe you should since I just noticed I haven't blogged in over 2 years and my last post was actually about HU SNGs. I've deposited $100 on Black Chip Poker and playing micro limit HU. I'm working in my own computer repair shop but business is really slow so I've decided so start at the micros and try working my way up in my free time there.

Yesterday I played the $3 4man HU games and broken even after about 20 games. Today I moved down to what I plan to be my main game and thats the Super Turbo HU games. I played the $2 games and played 32 games and was up about 4.5BIs on the day. My plan is to get 75 BIs for the $4s and move up again. I'd like to be able to move to the 4s sometime in November but we'll see. Just starting this up to maybe help motivate myself. not sure if any of my old poker buddies still play or read this. If so hit me up!
