OK I've run horrible this week after taking a few days off for X-mas. Played the 3 free rolls today and didn't do well in the 100K or 20K. Currently 81 left in the 50K and I'm 2nd place. Just won a massive flip QQ > AK to get into 2nd. I have 73K and avg is 25K.
Winning flips late ownz. 99 > AKs I'm now 1/44. Obv I have dinner plans and I'm supposed to leave in 1 hour. This never happens when I have nothing planned but sitting around the house for the evening.
2/26 now. 1 time Lee??????????
8/23 Raise AJ and called by BB. Flop QTx I c-bet and he shoves I fold. Then I raise Axs and get shoved on again and then f'ing break. 40 minutes til I'm supposed to leave. I really hope I'm super late cause I won this tourny.
Well there went that. I have 125K at 2.5K/5K and raise in LP and btn instantly shoves me for abour 110K I call and he had KK. WTF plays KK like that? So fucking coolered. :-( Out 21st.

anyone looking for a Full Tilt Jersey ?
I'm grinding some LHE lately and closing in on 25K full tilt points. If anyone is interested in buying a Custom Full Tilt Poker Jersey lmk. With the bonus promotion going on I believe I'll have enough points to get one by early Jan and would rather have the money instead if I could. Going rate seems to be about $5-6 per 1K points over at the Tilt forums. So if anyone would be interested in it for $125 ($5/1K points) e-mail me at jackofhearts0013@gmail.com
thanks

Deep run in the VIP 50K
Went deep toda in the VIP 50K freeroll. Was among the chip leaders once we got ITM and stayed there until about 35 players remaining. I raised the CO with JTo and the btn called all in who had 1 ante left and the BB called. Flop Q8x 2 spades BB check/calls. Turn is my T and I check behind hoping to either hit my gutshot or see a cheap river. River comes an 8 and he instantly bets out 2/3 pot and I think a minute and call thinking he might have a busted draw here but he had rivered trips. That cost me about 1/3 of my stack and was probably a bad call on the end but I had been running good and didn't think he had a Q. Next hand I get KK and run into a shorty with AA and lose another 1/3 of my remaining stack. With 32 left I had about 20BBs. Stayed alive just keeping my head above water down to the final 2 tables when we went to break. Came back and I was at 10BBs and the bottom of the list just playing push/fold poker trying to get a double up. 15 left MP raises I shove 8.5BBs with AT and he had AJ and I didn't improve and was out. Not a bad run but I was hoping to get deeper than that.
I can't complain too much. I won I think 8 flips in a row to build up my stack as big as I did. I also bubbled the 20K freeroll today.

Taking a break
Well I'm sure most people have heard the rumor that I went busto which isn't exactly wrong but I'd say inaccurate. I took on a backer back in May I think it was for SNGs. It went ok but not great as I moved up and a couple months ago I moved over to MTTs and had some quick scores in the 20/180s and other smaller buy ins. I went on a downswing when I started adding the Nightly 162 and the Sunday 200s and FTOPS events. But I still think I could have continued playing them and eventually been profitable. I don't think the games were over my head but there's a lot of variance in those bigger fields.
Anyway I was about at the point where I was going to stop playing poker for my income and find a job before taking on the backer which allowed me to move up. I wasn't as profitable as I moved up as I had hoped to have been in SNGs and my bills started to catch up with me. So I told my backer this week I needed to take a break. I need to get a job, get caught up on my expenses and then we'll see what happens from there.
I'm not sure what my next move is. I probably won't be on the forums as much as I had been in the past. I may try to play some FPP sats to get a quick roll on Stars to try grinding some low limit SNGs to make a little money while I job hunt. I really don't know but I doubt I'll be blogging until things get back on the upswing for me.
So I didn't bust my bankroll playing over my head and I did run so bad that I lost my backer in the process. The choice was mine to take a break and get things in order before they got out of hand. Besides it might be good for me to get a job for a while and talk to people face to face. I spend way too much time behind a keyboard now.
For the 2 people that read this blog thanks for reading and gl at the tables. I hope to rejoin you soon.
Oh and since I'm SuperNova still I get those Sat freerolls so you'll see me there. Hopefully longer than yesterday where hand 2 an idiot limp/3bet/called all in QQ v/s my AA and I was out. OK had to throw 1 last bad beat in there LOL!

Sunday Updates (Part 2)
OK We're in the money in the 17.5K for my 1st cash of the day. I'm about avg and have 20BBs. Not in great shape but definitely a playable stack. 100 remaining hopefully I can get something going and make a run here.
17.5K Gtd OK I win 2 all ins pre AT > KQ and then 77 > AT. I'm 5/80 there.
25K on Stars. I'm up and down early tons of donks in this overshoving lots of hands.
14.5K Gtd I've got about 10BBs here on a marginal call by me. I raise UTG and BB calls and overshoves a 998 flop. Obv he doesn't have a 9 there are 2 hearts on the flop and I had Ah and thought he might have a FD here a lot. I call and he had A8o.
Sunday Mill I have 9700 at break. Started with 10K so not a good hour.
100K There are 3400 left 3K pays but obv I'm not worried about cashing for $20 here and 1700 people are in that payscale.
My 25K exit on Stars.

I 3 bet the big agro stack in the 17.5K and he flats me and then shoves my flop bet when I missed and I made probably a bad fold with AT on the 8 hi flop. But even with the pot being that big I can't see myself being ahead of anything he can call and shove the flop when it doesn't look like I can fold the flop. Left me with 10BBs and 45 remaining. Bubble of the 100K on Stars 3001 remaining.

200 left in the 100K on Stars. I win a big pot when I raise AJs and shoved on by JJ and call and river is an Ace.
25/150 in the 100K. No sooner than I post this I shove 99 on the btn and called by KJo and he turns a J to knock me down to 8BBs.
And I got knocked out of the 13.5K when 77 min raises and calls my bot raise AQ. Flop comes T9x and he check/calls all in and I don't improve.
Out 96th. I lose Q3 to 62s all in pre. Flop Q and he rivers flush. Then I shove 42 and run into AA.
I've lost a few more tournies I don't really remember what was what. I was short and remember having JJ v/s QQ and flopping a J and him rivering a Q. I lost JJ to AT I think too. Just went out 225th in the 2nd chance on Stars AJs < TT. Only one left is the Mulligan. I'm 95th out of 360 there. I lost a big pot with JTs. I raise pre BB calls. Flop is TT9 he leads out and I flat him thinking he's weak and will fold if I raise. Turn K he weak leads again and I shove and he calls and shows KK.
And I just busted the Mulligan about 50 out of the money. Just got short late and table got aggressive and I just had to sit back and wait for a spot or a hand and I really got neither. Shoved Q6 in the SB and BB had A6 and I was out.
For the record I hate sundays. lol

I managed to dbl through him 1 time later 88 v/s JJ but later went out A7 v/s AQ. In the 10K Gtd on Tilt I got crippled early with top pair and OESD when a guy with 2nd pair and a backdoor flush draw called me down and I paid off a value bet on the river with the J hi flush cause I didn't think he called me down on a backdoor draw but obv I was wrong. I got KK in the BB v/s him later and he doubled me up but I'm still about 1/2 my original stack.
Update on the 10K Gtd. I doubled again with top pair BvB to get back to about 3K the starting stack I had. Then I raise T8s and get 2 calls. Flop J hi 2 of my suit I c-bet and get min raised and I shove him and he had top set. I runner runner a straight. Then big stack raises UTG I call in position with 44 and flop is 994 and I win another big pot. Up to about 11K now and avg is 5.5K.
Took a hit in the 10K after break. LP raises and I call in the BB KQ. Flop AKx I check he makes a small bet and I call. Turn another Ace and I felt like I was good but check and he makes another small bet and I call. I didn't think he'd call a raise here without a K. River blanks and I decide to check and see if he'll bluff and he overshoves the pot. I thought maybe he had a busted flush draw and I call and he had AJs and had been drawing at the flush as well as having trips.
I busted in the early 109 on Stars when EP limps, I raise and he overshoves me. We had played a couple pots together and I rarely see this being AA in the bigger games so I call and of course he had AA. If someone knows what book advocates this strategy please LMK.

This might not have been a good idea as this could get really long. I may have to 2 part this thing. 1st orbit of the 20^3 I double with K6 v/s K3 on a K632 board.
Not sure why I ever slowplay AA. Maybe I do it 5% and I lose 100% of the time. 10K Gtd 36 pays about 70 remaining. I've been up and down v/s an agro donk to my left who opens UTG and I decide to flat him in the BB with AA. Flop comes 765hhh and obv I don't have the Ah he bets and I CRAI and he had 44 with the 4h and rivers his straight flush.
10K 1st break of the 20^3.

Blew off my big stack in the 20^3 right after break. Guy 4x's it from the hi-jack and I call in the BB 77. Flop is Jxx so I CR the flop and he called. I really thought he had AK. Turn pairs a low card and puts 3 diamonds on the board and I lead and he calls again. River is another low card but I really don't know where I am in this hand now. I'm almost positive he doesn't have the J. I'm leaning towards maybe AK with a diamond in his hand. I check and he bets 1/2 his stack and should have let it go there and had some chips to fight back but I call and he shows TT. Then he raises AQs 1 guy calls and I shove 4x his bet with JJ and he insta calls me and flops his Ace and I'm out.
Its not all bad beat posts I'll post my suckout here as well. 10BBs in the 100K on Stars and I shove A7s UTG called by KK and 99 and I flop a flush draw and turn and river complete it. Sidenote this thing filled up. 20,000 players in it. Unreal field size.

Here's my exit from the 4.5 KO event on tilt. This is my exit from a lot of Tilt tournies lately.

Sunday Million is starting so I'm going to end this and create a 2nd part.

15th in the Stars 109
Pretty bummed out. I was short with about 15 til the bubble and managed to hit 65s v/s TT to double. Then 2 hands later Ad2c turned a flush v/s K8dd BB v/s SB to get me into the top of the leaderboard and I held my own til the last 2 tables. I really went dead with 27 left and was 3 bet stealing to get blinds and stay alive. Then I ran A7 into AQ and out 15th.
Nothing else really happened today. I had 1 other tiny cash at Tilt and barely made the money in one of the VIP freerolls on Stars.
