My comments on Johnny Bax/Rizen signing with Ultimate Bet

The complaining on the forums is unreal about this. When Rizen announced his signing the forums blew up again. I keep hearing people at PXF say how disappointed they are and how they are leaving which makes no sense to me. If these people actually had much respect for JB and Rizen, which obv they do not, then the decision by JB/Rizen wouldn't be such a huge blow up. Sure they may not like it or agree with it. But whatever it was that made them respect these guys to begin with shouldn't change over 1 disagreement. It's like getting into an argument with a friend over 1 issue and deciding you can't be friends anymore. I mean come on we're supposed to be adults here. I have no problem with people who disagree with the decision. But did we really need a week's worth of them saying how disappointed they are, how they will end their membership because of it, and how these guys are now "sellouts"?

If they had actually respected Bax/Rizen to begin with then why not give them the benefit of the doubt that they may have actually took some time to think about and research this decision and have more information than the average joe on the forums do? I mean do they really think that UB dropped a massive amount of money on JB/Rizen and they sold their souls? If that were the case it says a lot about the average PXF member who just blindly followed anyone who was named a pro to begin with.

Yes I know I said I wasn't going to use the blog for bitching and moaning and here I am very next post 30 minutes later doing just that but I almost included this in the last post but thought it deserved it's on post. And I'm a wee bit late as much of the fallout is now dying down again but I still see a thread active at PXF on this.

And finally congrats to Johnny Bax and Rizen on their signing. I know they didn't need the money, I don't believe they sold their souls, and I hope they are able to make the changes at UB to make it a top site again. GL guys.
